Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments, check patients in and out, and answer phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support patient enrollment and retention initiatives, promoting excellent customer service and a positive patient experience.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical records systems.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or call center environment.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support and ACLS, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
