Position Overview

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a driven sales expert for the role of Territory Sales Consultant.

This individual will report directly to the Regional Manager and will play a crucial role in enhancing the revenue for the designated territory, achieving gross margin objectives, and fostering customer expansion within the assigned area.


This position is remote and will cover the following states: Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois. The preferred candidate will reside within or near this territory.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Thorough knowledge of all products and systems available in the market is essential.

This encompasses:
Understanding the features and advantages of products and systems

Optimizing assembly options for all primary products

Articulating the value proposition of core products in comparison to competitors

Exhibiting a comprehensive understanding of the District Manager's business and the key performance indicators that influence each account

Collaborating effectively with all internal teams to ensure an optimized customer experience

This includes:
Providing timely and effective communication with Business Sales Representatives

Delivering accurate and necessary information to drafting and estimating teams

Submitting weekly market forecasts to the Regional Manager, along with projections for future market demand

Proficiency in utilizing Operating Systems

This includes:

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Current pricing tools

Current estimating systems

Minimum Receipts Requirements

AutoCad

Assisting in the execution of Regional Initiatives and collaborating with the Regional Manager to identify and drive growth within the assigned customer base

Engaging with customers across the entire region

Utilizing internal reports and data to keep the region updated on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Traveling within the market with District Managers to engage with customers and understand market dynamics

Working alongside internal departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Employing Google Sketchup to create 3D representations of projects for District Managers to utilize in sales presentations and project clarifications

Contributing to the execution of the annual Market Plan to achieve set objectives

Providing Ad-Hoc Reporting as required.
