  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to drive lead generation initiatives
  • Set and manage sales objectives and targets
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new sales representatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role as an HVAC/R Sales Representative
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
  • Proven skills in relationship management and sales forecasting
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and control systems
  • Strong customer service skills and product expertise
