Position Summary: We are in search of an Account Representative. The Account Representative will collaborate closely with our Business Development Managers to effectively drive sales growth for PowerPay's consumer finance solutions, particularly within the Home Improvement sector. A significant aspect of this role will involve increasing loan volume for Home Improvement contractors within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular check-ins with dealers in the assigned region.
  • Partner with the Onboarding team to ensure successful integration of website-generated dealers.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to current dealers.
  • Utilize reporting tools proactively to enhance dealer performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting in Hubspot.

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with a strong ambition to excel.
  • Excellent presentation abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Proficient in phone, email, and web-conferencing technologies.
