About the Role:
Konica Minolta Business Solutions, U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales organization and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth and expand market share
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our sales strategies remain competitive
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales leadership or management in the copier and printer industry
- Proven track record of sales growth and revenue expansion
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
