Job Summary:

You will also assist with developing marketing plans, processing rental applications, and managing move-ins and move-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure timely and efficient leasing process
  • Conduct apartment tours and provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents
  • Assist with developing and implementing marketing plans to attract new residents
  • Process rental applications, execute leases, and collect deposits
  • Manage move-ins and move-outs, including coordinating with maintenance and other departments as needed
  • Process maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with other administrative and property management tasks as assigned by the Property Manager

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the apartment management industry
  • Ability to multitask, achieve deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
  • Ability to pass a background check
