About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Services Compliance Specialist to join our team at Avenue5 Residential. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as providing exceptional resident services.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
* Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction
* Ensure excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and promote a quality living experience for all

Requirements

* High school diploma required
* Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred
* One year of previous residential leasing experience at affordable sites preferred
