Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Representative to spearhead our mission of reshaping how organizations manage their cloud subscriptions. If you are a sales trailblazer with a wealth of experience and leadership skills, this is your moment to shine.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a high-value pipeline strategy focusing on strategic accounts and complex sales scenarios.
  • Conduct targeted research on key accounts and identify influential stakeholders.
  • Deliver concise overviews aligning our offerings with high-level decision-makers unique needs.
  • Adopt a consultative leadership approach, showcasing deep client understanding and offering nuanced solutions beyond cost reduction, aligning with strategic organizational goals.
  • Lead outbound initiatives with a strategic mindset, demonstrating sophistication and insight in every interaction.
  • Surpass ambitious daily sales metrics, showcasing advanced efficiency and effectiveness, setting a high achievement standard.
  • Provide intricate closed-loop feedback for continuous optimization of the sales lifecycle process. Leverage your experience to refine and improve, ensuring seamless sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 1-2 years of SaaS or Computer Software sales experience in a client-facing capacity is required.
  • Previous sales cycle experience is a must.
  • Proven track record of success with documented key metrics and KPI achievements.
  • Self-starter with a new business hunter mindset.
  • Relational personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Coachable, hungry, and possessing a relentless belief in themselves.
  • B2B sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience with a CRM / Outbound sales platform (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a Microsoft environment (e.g., MS Solutions Partner, MSP/CSP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products and services.
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900, etc.).
