Job Title: Business Development Representative

Amplify Recruiting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our company's market share through new business development relationships to meet sales and profit goals set by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business pipeline to achieve individual sales plan and profit goals set by the company.
  • Generate new leads through networking, LinkedIn outreach, and other targeted prospecting strategies.
  • Follow up on sales-qualified leads provided by the company and convert them into opportunities.
  • Meet with prospects to uncover potential opportunities for us and demonstrate how our solutions effectively meet their needs.
  • Develop proposals that outline our solutions and effectively present our value proposition.
  • Lead the new customer through the contracting and onboarding process and communicate the customer needs to the company and make sure our solutions are delivered to client satisfaction.
  • Develop new channels through partnerships with other ecommerce vendors, fulfillment companies, and independent consultants.
  • Promote our brand in the marketplace through attending events, promoting content on social media, and giving feedback to marketing.
  • Stay current on industry trends and knowledge through attending events, reading publications, and company announcements.
  • Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Entry of all opportunities, contacts, and accounts in HubSpot.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5-10 years of outside sales experience, including selling services to B2B customers.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • 2+ years of IT technology services or consulting experience (ecommerce experience a plus).
  • Experience using CRM (HubSpot).
Compensation and Benefits:
  1. OTE: $125,000 - $140,000 (Year 1), $175,000 - $200,000 (Year 2+).
  2. Commissions: 20% of ACV.
  3. Benefits: Matching 401K, 100% covered healthcare (dental and vision), life insurance, and 2 weeks of personal time and 1 week of sick time.
