Job Summary
We are seeking a sales representative to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Meet with potential clients to discuss their needs and present solutions
- Collaborate with our production team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer
Noland's Roofing offers a competitive salary range of $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, you will also receive a bonus structure that rewards your hard work and dedication. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) matching program.
