- Marketing and Promotions: Manage and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase visibility and sales of F&B offerings.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to create seasonal or event-based promotions.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales trends and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market opportunities.
- Customer Satisfaction: Resolve guest complaints or service issues promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Activation Management: Coordinate logistics, staffing, menu selection, and beverage service for F&B activations.
