Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the F&B department.
  2. Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, planners, and local businesses to secure repeat business and new clientele.
  3. Marketing and Promotions: Manage and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase visibility and sales of F&B offerings.
  4. Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to create seasonal or event-based promotions.
  5. Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales trends and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets.
  6. Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market opportunities.
  7. Customer Satisfaction: Resolve guest complaints or service issues promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  8. Activation Management: Coordinate logistics, staffing, menu selection, and beverage service for F&B activations.
