Roofing Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our team in central Florida. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to generate new business leads.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the roofing industry.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by providing clear and concise estimates to customers, identifying areas of opportunity, and negotiating contracts.
- CRM Management: Input all aspects of the sales process into our company CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate contracts.
- Self-Motivation: Strong self-motivation and discipline, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Physical Ability: Physical ability to walk on roofs and perform other duties as required.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
