Job Overview:

Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development.

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive membership growth and revenue in the assigned club. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with existing and potential members, and providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be a results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive membership growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • 1+ year of experience in business-to-business sales

Salary:$44,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
