Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced HVAC Owner Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling service offerings to building owners, particularly at the Director level.
This role emphasizes building long-term relationships and customer satisfaction while achieving monthly sales targets. You'll need a bachelor's degree and at least six years of progressive field sales experience, with a focus on HVAC or building automation systems.
The successful candidate will have excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills, as well as the ability to influence account decision-makers at key levels.
About the RoleAs an HVAC Owner Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to sell Johnson Controls service offerings to owners, primarily at the Director level. You'll promote the Johnson Controls value proposition by providing technical solutions and operational expertise.
You'll build and manage long-term customer relationships/partnerships with target and managed accounts, responsible for customer satisfaction. Your goal will be to position renewable service agreements as the foundation of managed account relationships.
With direction from the supervising manager, you'll sell the Johnson Controls offerings persuasively, persistently, and confidently to building owners at the D-level while reaching optimal profit levels. You'll focus on improving the existing building to allow the building owner to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities- Sell Johnson Controls service offerings to owners, primarily at the Director level.
- Promote the Johnson Controls value proposition by providing technical solutions and operational expertise.
- Build and manage long-term customer relationships/partnerships with target and managed accounts.
- Position renewable service agreements as the foundation of managed account relationships.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of six (6) years of progressive field sales experience.
- At least one year successfully selling HVAC or building automation system service or projects.
- Demonstrated ability to influence account decision-makers at key levels.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Johnson Controls offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision care, 401K, and paid vacation/holidays/sick time.
