About the Role

Eaton's FFD Fluid Filtration Division is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for marketing and selling Eaton's filtration products and services to obtain profitable orders in the South region. This role will require approximately 70% travel within Texas and Louisiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet performance expectations and requirements.
• Implement a strategic plan to grow business in alignment with Division Profit Plan goals.
• Support the Industrial & Hydraulics, Food & Beverage product lines and customers within the territory listed.
• Build relationships with key end user customers to enhance long-term business prospects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing or technical sales.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Willing to travel up to 70%.
