Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations and ensuring high performance and exceptional customer service. You will implement marketing strategies, enforce compliance with quality standards, and manage cash and security operations to drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Coach, lead, and develop all store employees to obtain new business and increase store growth by demonstrating knowledge of and training on systems, Company standards, account management, recovery (collections), job duties, and performance reports.
- Lead the charge and set the example for all store employees to identify local marketing strategies, use business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, host and participate in community and in-store events to steer growth and build revenue.
- Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws and regulations. Audit loan/pawn agreements and transactions to ensure staff accordance with procedures and practices.
- Supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention by verifying and documenting cash overages/shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses.
- Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions, and assess risk within established limits.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum two years of experience and proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, service, or related industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems

The estimated salary range for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
