Responsibilities
  • Assist the Front Desk Manager in overseeing the operation of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest service and maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
  • Supervise the check-in/check-out process, guest recovery, and PBX operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front desk efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Front Desk team to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to optimize revenue and occupancy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
