Responsibilities- Assist the Front Desk Manager in overseeing the operation of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest service and maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
- Supervise the check-in/check-out process, guest recovery, and PBX operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve front desk efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Front Desk team to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to optimize revenue and occupancy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
