Job Title: Front Desk Agent

At Sunridge Hotel Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling front desk operations, and maintaining a clean and organized lobby area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets and registers guests, assigns rooms, and handles guest requests and complaints
  • Handles confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity
  • Answers and routes calls, takes guest messages, and maintains accurate records
  • Responsible for cash drawer contents and transactions during shift
  • Maintains accurate records, including cash flows, registration cards, and property walks
  • Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration, and travel directions
  • Assists with sales and marketing efforts as directed by the General Manager
  • Offers and properly handles requests for wake-up calls
  • Records pertinent guest information in the pass on log
  • Maintains a clean and organized front desk, lobby, and common areas

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred
  • Ability to read, interpret, and write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
