Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Remington. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Manage and coordinate the front office staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Front Office Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including managing the MICROS system, processing transactions, and handling guest requests.
  • Guest Communication: Greet and communicate with guests, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Engineering, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and other departments.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
