Front Desk Representative

Role Overview
At Element Sedona, we're seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact, you'll set the tone for a memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, addressing any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage continuous requests in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other departments to meet guest needs.
- Offer expert local knowledge, providing directions and resources to enhance each guest's stay.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette, handling calls, taking messages, and making reservations.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures, accurately posting and reconciling charges.
- Contribute to the hotel's success through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology is required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
