Job Description

The Sales Gallery Team Lead is a key role in ensuring the success of our Sales Gallery Team. As a Team Lead, you will supervise a team of Sales Gallery Team Members to provide a hospitable and positive environment for our guests. You will provide training and support to the Sales Gallery Front Desk team on how to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Supervision and Guidance: Supervise Sales Gallery Team Members' tasks, including greeting and seating guests, identifying and contacting the Sales Executive for tours, generating the Sales Executive tour sheet, and printing and completing gift receipts.
  • Gallery Operations: Monitor and maintain the opening and closing of the Sales Gallery and assist the team in their duties as needed, including Sales Executive rotation and other related policies and procedures at the Front Desk.
  • Gifting and Administration: Assist with gifting preparation and administration, including requesting replenishments and managing inventory for each Team Member.
  • Training and Development: Actively train Sales Gallery Team Members 1:1 during their onboarding process, cross-train new hire Team Members with Sales Gallery Desk procedures and policies, and emphasize new Team Member training and development within the existing team.
What We're Looking For
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Operations, Front Desk, or Reservations in a hospitality capacity
  • Training Experience: Previous training experience
  • Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Communication: Effectively communicate both written and verbal, and the ability to comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence
  • Guest Service: Strong dedication to the consistent delivery of quality guest service
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors Degree
  • Technical Skills: Previous experience with CHORUS and VOICE systems
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
