As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between our technical teams, leveraging your expertise in persuasive communication and strategic planning to support various market and geographic sectors. You will oversee the marketing pursuit process from conception to selection, ensuring that we meet our objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve marketing goals, positioning the firm for success in securing projects.
  • Establish clear communication channels and deadlines; facilitate project-specific marketing strategy discussions; address the daily marketing needs of the firm.
  • Utilize your knowledge and experience to resolve complex issues and mentor junior staff members.
  • Generate and conceptualize content for diverse marketing initiatives.
  • Employ best practices to optimize project outcomes, utilizing market research to identify trends and develop promotional strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and presentation documents, ensuring compliance with firm standards.
  • Conduct internal quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all marketing outputs.
  • Collect, maintain, and analyze client intelligence data.
  • Identify target markets and potential clients, strategizing to cultivate relationships.
  • Prepare submissions for industry awards.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • A minimum of six years of experience in a marketing capacity, particularly in competitive environments.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Journalism, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent time management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proven writing skills, including technical and conversational styles, with experience in reviewing and editing content for clarity and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well in both local and remote team settings.
  • Experience in deploying marketing strategies to secure work.
  • Capability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing content development for marketing collateral.
  • Strong data management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
