Your duties will include close collaboration with the client, remote installers, and production teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Furthermore, you will assist with various administrative functions within the project management department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate signage projects for a primary client according to their specifications
  • Identify and coordinate with remote installers as necessary
  • Manage timelines for manufacturing and installation
  • Support project management through comprehensive plan assessments
  • Input data into systems to track project advancement
  • Prepare signage for installation
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and project teams
  • Assist with submission and shop drawings
Required Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in account or project management is beneficial
  • Experience in the signage industry is advantageous
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential
  • Detail-oriented with effective time management capabilities
  • Able to manage multiple projects independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
