Position Overview

In the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between technical teams, leveraging your expertise in persuasive communication and strategic pursuit for various market sectors. You will take the lead in developing strategies and executing routine marketing tasks in alignment with established protocols, utilizing your understanding of the organization to devise solutions for unique challenges. Responsibilities may encompass proposal development, interview strategies, client engagement events, award submissions, client intelligence gathering, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies and procedures to achieve the marketing objectives of the team, positioning the firm for success in securing projects. Set, communicate, and adhere to deadlines; facilitate project-specific marketing strategy discussions; provide solutions for daily marketing requirements. Address complex issues utilizing your knowledge and experience, while mentoring junior staff members. Generate and conceptualize content for diverse marketing initiatives. Employ best practices to enhance project effectiveness, utilizing market research to identify trends and demands, and create event concepts and promotions. Oversee the preparation of marketing materials, including Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and interview presentations, ensuring compliance with the firm's standards. Conduct internal quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all marketing documentation. Collect, maintain, and analyze client intelligence data. Assist in identifying target markets and potential clients, strategizing to build and nurture relationships. Prepare and submit entries for industry awards.

A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Journalism, or a related discipline is preferred. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivation and initiative, along with the ability to work collaboratively. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong time management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks. Proven skills in technical and conversational writing, including reviewing and proofreading materials for clarity and style. The ability to contribute effectively to both local and remote teams. Experience in deploying marketing strategies to secure projects. The capability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various locations to implement effective marketing strategies. The ability to manage and coordinate the creation of content for quality proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials. Proven competency in data management tools. The ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships. Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.
