Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Compensation: $25-$32 per hour

Position Overview:

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator collaborates with internal personnel to guarantee that our clients are invoiced promptly and accurately in accordance with their contractual agreements. This role requires a solid understanding of collecting overdue payments, negotiating payment arrangements, and terms. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will possess a comprehensive knowledge of our payment policies and internal systems, utilizing this expertise to offer insights and solutions to our internal teams.

This individual will manage internal requests such as Pro Service subscriptions, secondary account configurations, franchise pricing oversight, and various other inquiries from colleagues. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator also assists in reconciling scheduled account payments to ensure precise and timely recordkeeping of customer statuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Address inquiries from payors and internal stakeholders, researching and resolving any issues or discrepancies. Provide prompt responses to internal requests, including insights into customer payments and management of subscription modifications. Collaborate with management to report on trends and recurring inquiries. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail when reviewing and processing financial data to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Identify and recommend enhancements to internal processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Work closely with other departments to resolve any issues that may affect accounts receivable and facilitate smooth inter-departmental operations.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable is required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail is essential.
