Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Compensation: $25-$32 per hour

Position Overview:

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator collaborates with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing for our clients in accordance with their contractual agreements. This role requires expertise in managing overdue payments, negotiating payment arrangements, and understanding payment terms. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will leverage their knowledge of our internal processes to provide valuable insights and solutions to team members.

This position will also manage internal requests such as Pro Service subscriptions, secondary account setups, franchise pricing oversight, and various other inquiries from colleagues. Additionally, the Accounts Receivable Coordinator will assist in reconciling scheduled payments to maintain precise and timely records of customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and promptly.
  • Address inquiries from payors and internal stakeholders, investigating and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  • Provide timely responses to internal requests, including insights into customer payments and management of subscription changes.
  • Collaborate with management to analyze trends and recurring requests.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while reviewing and processing financial data to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve issues impacting accounts receivable and ensure seamless inter-departmental operations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
