Job Summary

Fortinet seeks an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and drive its sales team in the Enterprise market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and achieving significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of Enterprise Account Managers to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the region.
  • Account Planning: Develop account plans with Major Account Managers to achieve goals and exceed quota responsibility.
  • Executive Liaison: Serve as the primary contact responsible for the flow of information to/from executive management.
  • Territory Management: Work closely with Major Account Managers to maximize business focus and ensure quality and success of activities in the territory.
  • Relationship Building: Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and partners to drive sales growth.
  • Forecasting: Consistently build and deliver on an accurate territory forecast.
  • Travel: Travel as needed with Major Account Managers and System Engineers to assist in building pipeline, closing opportunities, and accurately forecasting.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years experience managing a team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the network security industry.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to sell solutions through VARs to enterprise end customers.
  • Sales Skills: Success in closing project-based deals.
  • Credentials: Selling experience must include one of the following: Firewall/VPN, AV, IDS/IDP.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, retirement plan, and paid time off.
