  • Manage Patient Accounts: Collect co-pays, deductibles, and private pay balances, and facilitate the collection of patient liability.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and complete records for claims processing and quality assurance purposes.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient registration or clinical operations.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in medical terminology.
