About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Consultant to join our team at Altitude Development Group. As an Insurance Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with small and medium-sized businesses, presenting our supplemental insurance products, and helping clients secure their financial future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present our insurance products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop lasting connections and trust with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and implement effective marketing plans to drive growth.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
  • License and Certification: Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered).
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience. Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant or specialized outside sales experience.
