Key Responsibilities
  • Meet sales objectives by generating new business and cross-selling to current clients
  • Identify and evaluate sales leads from various sources
  • Assist clients in safeguarding their interests by recommending suitable Allstate products
  • Support your community by helping them navigate life's uncertainties
  • Inform potential clients on how to protect their families and assets
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in sales – prior sales experience is advantageous
  • Experience in the insurance sector is essential
  • Willingness to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health licenses upon hiring (existing licenses are a plus)
  • Self-motivated individual who excels in independent work
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow through, and maintain communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
