Insurance Sales Consultant

As an Insurance Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in expanding a local Allstate agency by connecting with new clients and fostering strong community relationships. Your expertise in insurance and sales will help enhance customers' understanding of the importance of insurance, leading to long-lasting relationships built on trust and reliable advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet sales objectives by generating new business and cross-selling to current clients
- Identify and qualify potential sales leads from various sources
- Assist clients in safeguarding their interests by recommending suitable Allstate products
- Support your community by helping individuals prepare for unexpected events
- Inform prospective clients on how to protect their families and assets effectively
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Strong desire to pursue a career in sales – prior sales experience is advantageous
- Experience in the insurance sector is essential
- Willingness to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health licenses upon hiring (existing licenses are beneficial)
- Self-motivated individual who excels in independent work
- Able to manage multiple tasks, follow through, and maintain communication
