Sales Account Executive

Catholic United Financial is seeking mission-driven professionals who embody strong Catholic values to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Executive, you will assist our members in making informed financial decisions that align with their faith and financial goals.
Our ideal candidate has a robust knowledge of sales and financial services, outstanding people skills, and a strong business acumen. You will be comfortable in a fully commissioned sales environment and have a commitment to serving the Catholic faithful.
We offer a suite of life insurance, retirement, and health products, along with charitable giving products and banking services. As an Account Executive, you will have access to licensing, proven sales training, and marketing services in a protected territory with a productive list of member accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with members, understanding their unique financial situations and goals by offering solutions that align with Catholic ethics and values.
- Participate in community outreach programs and events to promote financial literacy in support of the Catholic community.
- Achieve activity and sales goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, insurance, or financial services or related field.
- Strong alignment with Catholic values and principles, including understanding and comfort in serving in the Catholic community.
- Excellent communication and people skills and confidence in promoting and marketing your business.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong analytical ability.
