About the Role

Catholic United Financial is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our dynamic team as an Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our members, understanding their unique financial situations and goals, and providing solutions that align with Catholic ethics and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Participate in community outreach programs and events to promote financial literacy and support the Catholic community.
  • Achieve sales and activity goals, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial products and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in outside sales, insurance, or financial services, or a related field.
  • Strong alignment with Catholic values and principles, including comfort in serving the Catholic community.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with confidence in promoting and marketing your business.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with a strong analytical ability.
  • Experience presenting to groups and engaging in 1:1 conversations with members and prospects.
