Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish and sustain strong connections with existing dealer accounts, comprehending their needs and challenges to offer customized solutions and support.
  • Process incoming orders from dealers with precision and timeliness, coordinating with production and logistics teams to guarantee prompt delivery.
  • Organize order shipments and provide freight estimates using various carriers while understanding shipping requirements and dimensions/weights as needed.
  • Create customer prospect lists and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and enhance business from current accounts.
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of US Liner LLC's product range, applications, and sales initiatives to effectively communicate benefits to dealers.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to enhance quality and service.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor actions to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Update customer information within the ERP system as necessary.
  • Provide product quotes for the sales team or dealers.
  • Diagnose product issues using parts, service, and operator manuals.
  • Escalate inquiries and concerns when required.

  • Strong customer focus with prompt, professional verbal and written communication skills, accompanied by a friendly demeanor.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Education:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

  • 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or customer service preferred.
