Sales Team Lead

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating a dynamic sales team that drives value and profitability, while maintaining discipline and accountability.
**Key Responsibilities:**
*Lead and Manage Sales Team*: Provide leadership by setting clear standards, goals, and expectations, and leading by example. Hire, fire, review, reward, and recognize employees based on core values and company goals.
*Key Account Management*: Develop business relationships with key producers in the region, increase market share with key accounts, and ensure target account relationships are maintained and enhanced.
*Development, Coaching, and Mentoring*: Train and develop sales team members to maximize their professional potential, develop customized training and development programs, and conduct individual professional development meetings.
*Sales Processes*: Execute and grow sales volumes of agronomy products and services, ensure all sales processes are documented, simplified, and followed by all, and resolve issues in the best interest of the company and customers.
*Business Plan*: Assist with annual business plan development, communicate and achieve margin expectations with the regional sales team, and create individual goals and team objectives to achieve or exceed business plan objectives.
**Requirements:**
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn other key operational computer programs, ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, ability to remain goal-driven in a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational skills, and a valid driver's license.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Graduation from an accredited related program, minimum of 5 years of sales experience, sales management experience, CCA Certification, and a passion for providing guidance, constructive feedback, and helping others succeed.
