About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team at The Noble Academy, Inc. in Richmond, VA. As a key member of our staff, you will provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Assistant Director, as well as serve as back up for classroom teachers in case of absence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Executive Director and Assistant Director.
  • Serve as back up for classroom teachers in case of absence.
  • Maintain children's files in accordance with Virginia Department of Education.
Requirements
  • Able to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, perform word processing.
  • Proficient skills in typing, word processing, and file maintenance
  • Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Calm and patient demeanor
  • Excellent customer service skills
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience. This job does not currently have benefits.
