Position:
Senior Case Management Supervisor
Location: San Jose, CA
Salary: $36.33 per hour
Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt, Driving Required
About the Role:
The Senior Case Management Supervisor will collaborate with a dedicated team to assist clients in their journey from homelessness to stable housing. Key responsibilities include managing program contracts, working closely with the Quality Assurance Department, and crafting Individualized Service Plans tailored to client needs.

Qualifications:
