As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our attorneys and clients in the preparation and management of affirmative asylum cases.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of case documents and prepare high-quality affirmative asylum applications for filing with the Asylum Office.
  • Develop and implement effective case management strategies to ensure timely and efficient processing of cases.
  • Provide exceptional client service, including preparing clients for their asylum interviews and ensuring they are informed of case progress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, case tracking, and communications in our case management system.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to manage caseloads and ensure seamless case progression.
  • Perform daily tasks and provide regular updates on case progress to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in affirmative asylum law.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with Case Management Softwares, such as Clio and Airtable, preferred.
