  • Review and execute banquet function sheets to set up each function room according to instructions.

  • Manage key access and return keys to the key lock box at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of banquet function spaces, adhering to Hilton Springfield's high standards.
  • Communicate effectively with guest contact persons to ensure all necessary items are provided, including extra chairs, tables, and equipment.
  • Inform supervisors of guest complaints and compliments, providing valuable feedback to enhance our service.
  • Break down all equipment at the end of each function and return it to its designated storage location.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements:

  • Prior banquet experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to handle heavy items and equipment necessary for set-up and take-down of functions.
