Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee critical suppliers, focusing on the design and monitoring of risk assessments.
  2. Establish and document best practices and essential standards for vendor management, including routines and incident response.
  3. Maintain an accurate inventory and categorization of vendor information.
  4. Conduct performance management and risk assessments to ensure adherence to program requirements.
  5. Create and distribute scorecards that evaluate vendor performance and highlight significant risks, ensuring alignment with key service level agreements.
  6. Facilitate regular vendor review meetings with essential suppliers and stakeholders.
  7. Manage the vendor offboarding process, ensuring all critical contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  8. Lead training initiatives and change management efforts to educate stakeholders on comprehensive vendor management practices.
  9. Collaborate closely with procurement, accounts payable, and stakeholder owners to oversee vendor creation and maintain data integrity.
  10. Handle vendor data management, addressing and resolving discrepancies.
  11. Develop vendor data programs and reporting mechanisms focusing on ESG, diversity, and tiering.
  12. Monitor and effectively manage vendor scorecards to ensure optimal performance.
  13. Implement policies and procedures aimed at enhancing vendor delivery and management processes.
  14. Conduct moderately complex analyses and categorize data for reporting and auditing purposes.
  15. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. 7+ years of experience in a dynamic procurement environment.
  3. Proficiency in Gsuite and adaptability to various finance and accounting systems (e.g., Zip, Ramp, Sage Intacct).
  4. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
  5. Able to quickly grasp new information and technologies.
  6. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
  7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with operations teams and non-accounting professionals.
  8. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  9. Effective prioritization and planning of work activities.
  10. Team-oriented, with a willingness to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.
