Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate placement activities by monitoring client and project assignments of various sizes and complexities.
  • Support strategic placement initiatives, including tools for vendor and carrier renewals as well as market engagement efforts (such as Requests for Information or Requests for Proposal).
  • Create and maintain dashboards that report on proposal activities and track key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Global Delivery Centers to provide exceptional analysis and project management.
  • Work in partnership with Client Service teams and other Communities of Expertise (CoEs) within the organization.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for enhancing efficiency in proposal processes and suggest alternative methods to streamline workflows.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors and carriers to strengthen WTW's competitive position in the market.

This position is remote and available to candidates across the United States.
