Position Summary:

The Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in the Lodging Division, serving as the primary point of contact for guests and resort staff during daytime operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Front Desk operations, ensuring exemplary guest service during check-in and check-out.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and service requests promptly.
  • Utilize the HotSOS system to manage and log guest requests.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding guest needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, local attractions, and lodging policies.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Adhere to all established procedures and seek continuous improvement in service delivery.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.

Experience: At least one year in hospitality, guest services, or a related field.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Valid Colorado Driver's License preferred.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

This role may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should be able to lift up to 20 pounds and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.

Wage: The hourly pay range will be based on various factors including experience and qualifications.
