Key Responsibilities:

The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction through the following duties:

  • Efficiently managing the check-in and check-out processes for guests
  • Addressing and fulfilling special requests from guests
  • Coordinating with various departments regarding VIP guests and their needs
  • Promoting hotel programs, special packages, and upgrades to enhance guest experiences
  • Providing assistance to other departments by sharing necessary information
  • Handling incoming calls professionally and assisting guests with inquiries
  • Resolving guest complaints and compliments with professionalism and courtesy
  • Responding to guest inquiries with a positive and clear communication style
  • Maintaining an updated knowledge of property amenities and events

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Front Desk Agent position will possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest service in a dynamic environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • A pleasant demeanor when communicating over the phone
  • Experience with Opera software is preferred
  • The ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • The capability to stand and move throughout the shift
  • Clear and direct communication skills with guests
