Our operations span across multiple states and provinces, emphasizing the unique character and authenticity of each location while fostering a spirit of outdoor adventure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of catered events in collaboration with the Food and Beverage Sales Manager.
  • Ensure a profitable and efficient food service operation while striving for exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary contact for guests post-contract, addressing all inquiries and maintaining comprehensive records of changes.
  • Coordinate the logistics of special events, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to communicate guest preferences and ensure the timely delivery of food services.
  • Manage staffing for events, including scheduling and assigning roles to ensure a professional and prepared team.
  • Supervise front-of-house staff during events, ensuring they are well-prepared and efficient.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the catering department and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist in the daily operations of the Food Service Department, including inventory management and quality control.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: A minimum of one year in a supervisory role and two years in food service, particularly in large volume catering and banquets, is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
  • Knowledge of local liquor and health regulations.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen and bar operations.

Physical Requirements:

This role may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds regularly.

Compensation:

The hourly pay range for this position is competitive and may vary based on experience and qualifications.
