Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding resort operations, services, and amenities.
  • Assist guests with the selection of lessons, rentals, and other resort activities, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Process transactions, including sales, refunds, and exchanges, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of resort policies, procedures, and services to provide expert guidance to guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and typing/keyboard proficiency required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate level skiing/snowboarding ability desirable.
Working Conditions

This is an office environment with frequent interaction with guests and colleagues. Ability to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position objects up to 25 pounds is required.
