Role Summary: The Front Desk Agent serves as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. This role is essential in managing the Front Desk operations during daytime hours, where exemplary customer service is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Front Desk operations, providing assistance to lodging guests with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and service requests, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize the HotSOS system to log and manage guest requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding guest needs and special requests.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient work environment, adhering to all established policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about resort offerings and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; higher education is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

Physical Requirements: This position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should be able to lift up to 20 pounds and possess the manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment.

Compensation: The hourly wage for this position is competitive and reflects the skills and experience of the candidate.
