Senior Market Insurance Leadership Opportunity:

Lifetime Recruiting Strategies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Market Insurance Leader to join our team. As a Senior Market Insurance Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of agents and managers in the sales and development of senior-based insurance products, as well as overseeing regional sales, marketing, and business development activities.

Annual Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000+

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales performance, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have experience in recruiting, training, managing and motivating a high-performance sales team, and will be familiar with senior-based insurance products, Life Insurance and Long Term Care. Additionally, they will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a high-performing team of agents and managers in the sales and development of senior-based insurance products
  • Overseeing regional sales, marketing, and business development activities
  • Managing a senior market regional office and satellite districts throughout the region

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in senior-based insurance products Life Insurance and Long Term Care
  • Financial Planning with extensive training Platform
  • 4+ years of insurance management experience
  • Experience in recruiting, training, managing and motivating a high-performance sales team
  • Active Life /Health license for the state
  • Series 6 preferred or at least within six months
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must reside in the Regions specified
  • Good credit history
