Strategic Sales Ambassador for Commercial Real Estate

Green Street Advisors LLC is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team in the United Kingdom. As a Strategic Sales Ambassador, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the commercial real estate sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that meets or exceeds your targets. This will involve generating new revenue by selling Green Street's industry-leading products and services to a variety of clients. You will also prioritize new opportunities, engage with clients proactively, and articulate the value of Green Street's solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements and Qualifications- A minimum of 3+ years of successful sales experience in the commercial real estate or financial services sector, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas while closing new business.
- A Bachelor's degree required.
- A strong understanding of financial concepts and principles as they relate to clients' needs.
- Commercial Real Estate experience is helpful but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with knowledge of another language desirable.
- Ability to develop rapport, influence others, and maintain strong working relationships.
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom without visa or sponsorship requirements.
