Primary Responsibilities:
  • Engage potential patients through a sales-driven approach, introducing them to StrideMD's remote monitoring services and evaluating their eligibility.
  • Deliver thorough explanations of our offerings, respond to questions, and employ sales techniques to effectively showcase the advantages of our services.
  • Customize solutions to cater to patient requirements, guiding them through the enrollment process while ensuring they feel confident and supported.
  • Keep meticulous records of patient interactions, leveraging insights to enhance sales strategies.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals and team members to optimize the patient enrollment process and maximize sales potential.
  • Surpass targets for patient engagement and enrollment, significantly contributing to the growth and success of the program.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, manage medical records, and facilitate insurance documentation.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries, ensuring that patients feel valued and supported.
  • Engage in training and development opportunities to broaden your understanding of the company and your role.
  • Comply with all organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven history in sales or client-facing positions.
  • Experience in a sales call center setting is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service while excelling in sales.
  • Empathy and a patient-focused approach to interactions, combined with persuasive sales skills.
  • Resilience and motivation to overcome challenges, maintaining a positive and determined outlook.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is preferred.

Education:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant sales experience will also be taken into account.

Work Schedule:
  • Availability for shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with flexible options available.

Compensation:
  • Total compensation ranges from $45,000 to $70,000.
