Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with members, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested prospects, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our program.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, handling phone calls, member inquiries, and other tasks as needed.
  • Conduct studio tours for potential members, showcasing the facilities and services we offer.
  • Collaborate with our coaching team to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Sell memberships to meet assigned sales goals, while providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Follow up with prospects and other outreach calls to support studio growth and member engagement.
  • Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner, providing solutions and support as needed.
  • Participate in studio marketing and outreach events, helping to promote our brand and services.
  • Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized, maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for our members.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a retail or fitness environment (preferred).
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).
